Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of https://kehletcapital.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Kehlet Capital Management (“we,” “us,” or “the firm”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational purposes only
The Site provides general information about the firm and its approach to investing. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Please consult your own advisers before making any investment decision.
Registration and where we do business
Kehlet Capital Management is an investment adviser registered with the Texas State Securities Board. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. We provide advisory services, and respond to individual inquiries about them, only in states where we are registered or are exempt from registration. The Site is not directed to any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be unlawful.
No advisory relationship
Using the Site, contacting us through it, subscribing to our newsletter, or requesting application materials does not make you a client and does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. An advisory relationship begins only when you and the firm have both signed a written advisory agreement.
Investment risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Concentrated portfolios and microcap securities can be more volatile and less liquid than diversified portfolios of larger companies. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Any views, opinions, or portfolio discussion on the Site or in our newsletters reflect our thinking as of the date they were written and may change without notice.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no promise that it is. The Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may change or remove any content at any time.
Third-party sites and services
The Site links to or embeds services run by others, including Vimeo (video), Square (appointment scheduling), and Constant Contact (newsletter delivery). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the linked site.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, videos, transcripts, newsletters, logos, and design, is owned by Kehlet Capital Management or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and download our newsletters for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it; not to use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or collect content from the Site; not to submit false information through our forms; and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kehlet Capital Management and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its contents, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects and how we use it. It is part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
